Patti Cooprider’s dream of giving, “every child in the world the creation and appreciation of art” is exemplified by ICA San Diego’s goal of “being everywhere, for everyone.”

Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to provide scholarships for our Summer Art Camp to 27 students this year.

ICA San Diego provides the perfect environment for children to explore their creativity and learn new art skills. Our camps are designed to encourage critical thinking and problem-solving, while also providing a fun and creative experience.

"I would like to take a moment to share with you the wonderful experience my daughter had this week in camp. She found the work space, inviting and comfortable. The teacher Alex, was welcoming and encouraging. My daughter so enjoyed her time under Alex's tutelage that we purchased a family ceramics lab membership.

Teenagers do not always respond to authority figures. Alex struck the perfect balance of educator and mentor which allowed my daughter to blossom!"
