Class Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

There are no exceptions to the Class Withdrawal Policy. You may withdraw from a class up to 7 days prior to the beginning of the first class to receive a full refund. Six to one day prior you will receive a half refund. If you withdraw from the class with less than one day before the class start date no refunds will be given.

There is a minimum enrollment for all ICA programs. If this enrollment is not fulfilled, participants will be notified one week prior to the program start date and refunds or credits will be applied.

No Make Up-Dates:
There are no make-up classes for missed lessons due to illness or scheduling conflicts.
