Earth to Art: Adobe Sculpture Workshop

Discover the beauty of creating with one of the world's oldest building materials in this hands-on Earthen Adobe Sculpture Workshop!

Using a simple blend of dirt, clay, sand, straw, and water, you'll mix your own adobe material from scratch before handbuilding a unique sculpture or functional object. Whether you choose to create a small vessel, sculptural form, decorative piece, or something entirely your own, this workshop encourages creativity and experimentation.

Unlike traditional ceramics, adobe is not fired in a kiln. Instead, your creations will dry naturally in the sun, connecting you to an ancient making process that has been used for centuries around the world.

This workshop is perfect for anyone curious about natural materials, sustainable art practices, or simply looking for a fun and creative experience. No prior clay experience is necessary, and all materials are provided.
